Enrolment Procedure

Prior to a place being taken up at City Kids, an application form must be completed by parents/guardians along with other documentation relating to safety, health, emergency contacts etc. The Supervisor or acting Supervisor needs to sight your child's immunisation certificate when he/she starts at the Centre. Since June 1996 it has been a Ministry of Health requirement that the Centre keep up to date immunisation records.

Once confirmation of a place at the Centre is given, a bond of two weeks fees in advance is required.

Age of Eligible Children

The Centre is licensed for 25 children over the age of two years and up to the age of five years old.

 There is a $20 administration fee that needs to be paid when you send in your waiting list form. Our postal address is 21a Tinakori Rd, Thorndon, Wellington.
