City Kids is participating in the 20  hours Free ECE. 
If you have any questions about this, please contact the Administrator on accounts@citykids.org.nz

All fees are payable by automatic payment.

Although City Kids closes for two weeks at Christmas, fees are still payable over this period.
If your child is absent due to holidays or illness, fees are still payable.

If your child is going to be absent on their usual Centre day, please telephone and let the teachers know.
For absences over 9 days (this includes weekends) we require written confirmation that you still require your child's place at the Centre.
If your child is ill, we are able to hold your place for up to 21 calendar days.
Exemptions to this may be made for special or health reasons upon application to the Ministry of Education.

Bond

A bond equivalent to two weeks fees is payable on acceptance of a space for your child.

Casual Days

Occasionally, casual days may become available.
Extra days required for part-time children can be paid on the day.

Extra Fees & Costs

The children at City Kids go on trips throughout the year, that are charged for separately, on a pay-as-you-go basis.
