Supervisor - Amanda Higgins

Qualifications: Bachelor of Education - Early Childhood from Victoria University
                      Fully registered teacher

Amanda takes up the position of Supervisor at City Kids for the second time in her career. She now returns with experience lecturing in early childhood at Victoria University and as a facilitator working on a Ministry of Education Pilot Project. This project involved supporting teachers to implement and investigate how information and communication technology (ICT) can enhance learning and teaching.

Even though Amanda enjoys all areas of early childhood, she is particularly passionate about environmental education, mathematics, how ICT can support childrens learning – and of course the children!
